Your data stays
where you put it.
There is no PuraTasks server holding your tasks. Your work sits in your Notion workspace or on your computer.
Two places,
nothing else.
Your Notion workspace
- Client tasks and internal tasks
- Projects and the clients on them
- Timesheet entries
- Reminders
- Logged interactions
Notion's own terms and privacy policy cover how Notion stores these.
This device
- Personal tasks
- Habits
- Grocery list
- A saved copy of your tasks for offline use
- Changes waiting to send
Nothing in this column is sent to Notion.
Your keys
The Notion token and any Google credentials are kept in the Windows Credential Manager, the operating system's own secure storage. They are never saved as plain files.
Google sign-in
is optional.
Sign in with Google to see your calendar beside your tasks, to turn Gmail into tasks, and to confirm who you are. The app talks to Google directly from your computer.
What the sign-in asks Google for
- Your email addressTo confirm which account is signed in.
- Read-only access to GmailTo attach an email you paste, and to turn a label you choose into tasks.
- Google CalendarTo show your events, and to place a task on your calendar when you choose.
Google's privacy policy covers what Google holds.
Who you are
Setup asks you to pick your name from the team members, or to sign in with Google instead. It labels your work and your hours.
The full policy
The privacy policy covers the website, the access request form and the app. It is a draft while it is reviewed.
Ask for early access.
