What PuraTasks needs,

PuraTasks is a Windows desktop app. During early access there is no public download link. We email the installer to people we have approved.
Where it runs
- Windows, 64-bitThe app is built for Windows computers today.
- Mac, iPhone and AndroidThere is no version for them. Request access from a phone and we will email you, so you can install it at your desk.
What you
need.
PuraTasks keeps your client and internal work in Notion, so it starts there.
- A Notion account and workspaceYour tasks, projects and timesheets live in your workspace. The app connects with a Notion token that you share with the right databases.
- A conversation firstPuraTasks is built on PUR4 Studios' Notion setup, so we help a new studio get connected.
- A Google account, if you want itOptional. It adds your calendar beside your tasks, turns Gmail into tasks, and confirms who you are.

Install and connect
Run the installer on your Windows computer, then connect Notion.
A Windows warning is expected
The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may say it protected your PC. If the installer came from our email, you can continue.
Select More info
The link sits in the text of the warning.
Select Run anyway
The button appears once you have selected More info.
Follow the installer
It sets PuraTasks up for your Windows user account.
If the file came from anywhere else, do not run it.
